I don’t mind admitting I’m an ignoramus on a lot of things. But, I seem to have found one of those things. Can somebody please tell me how carrying a state-issued ID and being mandated to show it at the voting polls “disenfranchises” blacks and hispanics? Obviously, even good arguments will be shouted down by special interests.
We have to show official identification just about everywhere we go. Write a check, show your ID. Use a credit card, show your ID. Go to a federal office or try to board an airplane, and you must show your ID AND get X-rayed or patted down. But these people can’t show the same ID card at a polling place?? I must have hurt my head when I rolled off that turnip truck…
Liberalism requires cheating if it wants to win elections. Voter ID would put such a big monkey wrench into their whole scam that they would have to actually consider policy changes as a means of winning popular support if voter ID were ever implemented. Thats CRAZY TALK!

Ah, yes… good ol’ Jesse Jackpot. Well, I really do know why the race-hustlers and poverty pimps are squealing like this, of course, I am just using a rhetorical device, as it were. One of the things they all know is that they can’t win without cheating, and that goes double for voter fraud. Comparing Jonathans to Delicious, I would say, “look at this, and then look at the establishment GOP going into hyperventilation over losing their cushy places on the government teat,” and you have a common denominator. The imaginary news headlines could read: “GRAVY TRAIN THREATENED WITH DERAILMENT!! Welfare Cheats and Establishment Wonks To Be Hardest Hit!!”
The difference is that blacks and hispanics don’t have bank accounts, so they don’t write checks. They don’t use credit cards (or so we are to believe), and they don’t fly on planes (those are all refugees from Africa and So. America that take up all the seats and fill the aisles. The only federal office they ever visit is the food stamp office, and there you probably don’t need ID; if you have ID they probably presume you don’t need food stamps.
Now of course none of this is true. I have personally flown on a plane with none other than the Rev Jesse Jackson (he was in first class while I was in peon class). He would not be caught dead associating with the common riff-raff whites, you know. The federal government, and in particular the Post Office, would close up if all the blacks stayed home, and you know they all have government issued ID. As far as knowing how to use a credit card, the welfare queens are the most proficient credit card users in the world, so we many assume that they have managed ID some way as well.
The only reason the democrats have for objecting to this at all is that picture idea for dead people is likely to be rather off-putting for many of the election judges, and pictures of mickey mouse, etc. may not be well received either. There are no other reasons to object.
