I miss him too. He was a president truly in awe of the trust placed in him by his fellow Americans. He had alomost a reverence for that trust and office. Now we have someone in the WH who is only in awe of himself. GWB…always my president!
What a pair of classy, lovely people the Bushes are. Too much so for the likes of the Democrats of this country. I always thought he didn’t respond to their hatred because he simply believed in their right to say what they wanted to about him, but, oh, it was hard to bear. If it hurt me so badly, I am sure it pained Laura to her soul.
I like his chainsaw, too…
