Nothing says “turkey” like ABC,CBS,NBC,CNN,MSNBC, etc…

If Governor Sarah Palin had not been thrust into the national political limelight during the recent “election,” this little clip would never have made it out of Alaska. Alaskans know where turkey dinner comes from. But, elitist press people from Outside have some kind of idea that turkey dinners come from Boston Market. We here in Alaska can enjoy this and get a good laugh out of it, because it’s obvious the irony was way above the heads of the whiny leftist presstitutes who filched it and thought they had an awful story of Palin’s evil ways. Whatever.
If I read it correctly, SHE okayed the plan. For Alaskans, seeing animals being butchered is no big deal. I think the MSM missed the irony, and I think the clip is very funny.
Another thing: I don’t think she GIVES a rat’s ass about stuff like this. At this point in time, grooming herself now for a run in Washington four years from now doesn’t make any practical sense to her. Let the media worry. They don’t have anything constructive to do, and it keeps them out of her hair. The turkey guy, named Rob something, said, “I only have one thing to say about this– DON’T MESS WITH MY GOVERNOR!” I think he’s right.
It was unfortunate, but will soon be forgotten. She’ll get better and better at watching her back.
